Twelve-year-old Grace, daughter of Dr Peggy, traveled to Las Vegas and later Arizona for July 4 weekend 2019, (without her parents but accompanied by her friend Ruby and her parents). Grace seemingly was surviving and happy. All without the aid and support of her parents. Grace took the accompanying video on her iPad and exclaims, “Viva Las Vegas!” Just remember Grace: what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas.
The Caputo family has been patients of Wahl Family Dentistry for many years. Pasquale Caputo started making delicious water ice in Wilmington in 1982 and ran the business until he passed away several years ago. His daughter, Lisa Caputo, loves making water ice and owns Lisa’s Homemade Italian Water Ice, and they deliver! Dr Mike ordered some really good red, white, and blue water ice, which Lisa delivered to our staff today to celebrate Independence Day. Thank you Lisa for carrying on the family tradition!

In Memoriam
Grace E Meany Greer (1935 – 2019)
We are very saddened to learn that Grace Meany has passed away. A dental hygienist, Grace was hired by Dr. Mervin in 1972 and worked for Wahl Family Dentistry until she retired in 2000. Grace was beloved by her patients, many of whom still ask for her today. Drs Mike and Peggy and our office manager Susan were fortunate enough to work with her for many years, and Dr. Mike was Grace’s patient while Dr. Mike was a child. We will miss you Grace. Rest in peace.
